My last workshop was on ‘The Power of Press Releases’. This looked at what makes news, dos and don’ts for sending out your press releases, how to write them, and tips and tricks to get you noticed with newspapers, radio and magazines.
As a former journalist with a Journalism degree, I’ve read and written hundreds of press releases and I can help identify what makes a news story in your business. With the impact of social media, press releases can be forgotten but they are still a vital part of marketing your business. Never underestimate the power of a press release!
